Central Change Project Manager – Make Change Happen

We’re looking for a dynamic Project Manager to drive complex projects that shape the future of our organisation. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the full project lifecycle – from planning and execution through to monitoring, control, and successful delivery.

You’ll be the go-to person for prioritising day-to-day activities, keeping projects on track and within budget, and ensuring resources are used effectively. Beyond delivery, you’ll play a key role in risk management, stakeholder engagement, and clear, confident communication at every level.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading the planning and delivery of high-impact projects
  • Managing resources and prioritising activities to hit deadlines and budgets
  • Providing clear status updates and executive reporting
  • Driving risk management and resolving conflicts quickly and effectively
  • Building strong relationships across teams and stakeholders

Who you’ll work with:
You’ll report directly to the Head of Central Change, collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to make change happen.

The minimum criteria for this role are:

Substantial experience in successfully delivering complex business projects or programmes, demonstrating ownership of the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional project teams, including managing stakeholders at all levels and working with third-party suppliers or partners.

Strong understanding and practical application of structured project or programme management methods (such as Prince2, Agile, or equivalent).

Demonstrable experience using professional planning tools to create and maintain project, programme, or portfolio plans.

Ability to produce clear, high-quality project documentation (e.g., plans, reports, process maps) and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

Evidence of working collaboratively within teams and across organisational boundaries to achieve successful outcomes

Don't worry if you think you don't have all the key skills, it might be worth taking the few minutes to apply as we're good at spotting potential and offer a generous training budget.
