This is an excellent opportunity for a project professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities and driving projects from planning through to delivery. You'll join a supportive and experienced team, with the opportunity to develop your project management expertise while contributing to high-profile programmes that make a real impact across Nest.
Minimum criteria for this role are:
- Demonstrable experience delivering project controls, small projects or workstreams within a structured project management environment.
- Experience building effective working relationships and collaborating with people at different levels across an organisation.
- Experience coordinating resources and supporting the successful delivery of projects to agreed timelines and objectives.
- Understanding of core project management disciplines, including planning, reporting, governance, risk and issue management.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work successfully with a wide range of colleagues.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- A proactive, adaptable and delivery-focused approach, with a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving results.
- Strong team-working skills and a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- Confidence using project management methodologies, tools and best practices.
Don't worry if you think you don't have all the key skills, it might be worth taking the few minutes to apply as we're good at spotting potential.
