As Retirement Proposition Manager, you’ll own and evolve a nationally significant retirement proposition—combining deep pensions expertise, regulatory insight and human‑centred design to turn complexity into solutions that genuinely improve lives. The minimum criteria for this role are:
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the significant majority of the following experience and technical skills:
•  Proposition management of retirement products or similar propositions.
•  The role requires experience in delivering large projects as part of a team and working collaboratively across multiple directorates including Board and Exco
•  Constructing robust business cases for change 
•  Being able to demonstrate experience in data led methodology
