As our Talent & Learning Designer, you will shape and deliver an integrated learning and talent experience that supports our people to thrive and our organisation to adapt to ongoing change. This role owns the design, curation, and continuous improvement of our end-to-end learning portfolio and talent frameworks, translating business and people needs into impactful, scalable development solutions that enable our people to build the capabilities they need to be successful.
The minimum criteria for this role are:
- Strong instructional design capability, with a record of curating and designing impactful talent & learning interventions.
- Experience integrating internal and external learning content and frameworks fit for the company’s context and needs.
- Experience of working with talent frameworks, succession planning, and career progression models.
- Experience managing external learning partners and vendors.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and modern learning methods (digital, blended, experiential).
- Proven experience in learning design, talent development, and organisational development roles.
